we test burn candles from every batch.
If at anytime you don’t think our candles are burning properly extinguish it and contact us, we will help correct the problem or replace the candle do not throw the candle away we may need it returned to us for testing.
A common problem is over trimming the wick or not allowing the candle to burn long enough.
Jar candles should be burned a minimum of 5 hours and votive candles need to be in a tight fit votive cup and burned at least an hour.
