Metal venting cap or burning lid for jar candles. This is
the same lid that we include for free with our large jar candle
that we sell. This metal lid has a rustic appearance with
a cut-out shape of a heart in the middle and smaller
heart cut outs around the edge.
Using a venting lid on top of the candle while the
jar candle is burning prevents the candle from smoking or
sooting. The vent holes control the air flow into and out of
the jar candle and keep the flame burning 100%
efficiently. You will still need to trim the wick
occassionally however you will see the candle liquify
more quickly thus producing an aroma more quickly and
achieving a full melt pool across the top of the candle.
When the candle achieves a full melt pool
every time it is burned there won't be any wax left
on the sides of the jar when the candle is finished.
Use this venting lid if you've had trouble with candles
burning straight down the middle leaving wax in the jar
when the candle is done and also use this lid to
keep candle sooting to a minimum.
