Provided the items you order are in stock we will ship
your order within 2 business days. You may tell us in
the comment section that it's
ok to substitute scents if we need to in order to get
your order out ASAP.
If for some reason we can not process your order within
2 business days, the rush charge will be refunded and
we will notify you by e-mail that the order is delayed.
Our 2-day processing time begins the next business day
(weekends and holidays excluded).
This fee is to rush the processing and packing of your
order. Once your order has left our factory the shipping
option you chose will determine the length of time
before delivery.
We are located in Illinois. After your order leaves
our factory UPS Ground can take 2-6
business days to deliver depending on where you are
located. Please refer to the UPS Transit Time Map
during checkout.
USPS Priority Mail can take 2-3 days for delivery.
We also offer Overnite and 2nd Day shipping options.
